What are your delivery times?
Standard: 3 to 9 business days
Express: 1 to 2 business days
If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
How much will shipping cost?
Standard:
Orders $100 and less: $10
Orders $100 and more: Free Shipping
Express:
All orders: $20
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free Shipping over $100 shipping is not valid on international orders. Fees will be calculated at checkout.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
Do you provide in-store pickup?
In-store and curbside pickup is available for all products. Pickups are available Monday to Friday - 11 am to 6 pm. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.
Do you provide local delivery?
Local delivery is available for all products, with guaranteed delivery within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched.

- Westbury Area + Westmount - $9.00
- Hampstead + Cote-Saint-Luc - $12.00
Do you ship to the US?
Standard International (4 to 8 business days):
Orders $100 and less: $20
Orders $150 and more: Free Shipping
Express International (2 to 3 business days):
All orders: $30
Are there any shipping restrictions?
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
To ensure next-day delivery, order must be placed by 3pm EST.
For EU and UK consumers: All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item or when your order is ready for in store pickup to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, login to your customer account here and request a return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5686 Park Ave Montreal, QC H2V 4H1
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, a $10 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When will I receive a refund?
Returns shipped back within 3 days: Refund to the original payment method.
Returns shipped back within 4-7 days: Online credit redeemable on our website.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For returns receiving store credit, we will send a gift card to your email address.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@jouvi.ca.
What if I receive the wrong or defective product?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Are there any return exceptions?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All discounted items are final sale.
No returns on items purchased before the holidays of Sukkot or Pesach will be accepted after the holidays.
How do I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
